The Middle School project is a key public welfare project, covering 133,333 ㎡ land and 145,003.22 ㎡ building area. Magnesium oxide (MgO) board plays a key role in its metal roof.

Schools have many people. If a fire breaks out, the result will be very bad. Magnesium oxide board has excellent fire resistance and meets the A1-grade non-combustible standard. In high-temperature environments, it can stop the spread of fire effectively, giving valuable time for teachers and students to escape safely and for fire rescue work. It is made of inorganic materials like magnesium oxide and perlite. It can keep fire-retardant at 800℃ and has no flame at 1200℃. This fully meets the high fire safety standards for school buildings. 

A large logistics park in Guangzhou recently completed the construction of its core warehouse area, covering a building area of 28,000 square meters. The warehouse needs to withstand long-term exposure to sun, rain and occasional strong winds, so the roof material was required to be durable, waterproof and fireproof. Magnesium oxide (MgO) board was finally selected for the warehouse’s metal roof project, and it performed well in practice.

MgO board, First, its excellent waterproof performance is key. The Guangzhou area has frequent rainy seasons, but the smooth surface and good sealing of MgO board prevent rainwater from seeping into the warehouse, protecting the goods stored inside—especially electronic products and paper materials that are sensitive to moisture.

We recently fulfilled 70K rock wool export order, with the first batch totaling 4 containers: 3 containers of 60mm-thick rock wool and 1 container of 50mm-thick, all in size 1200mm x 1000mm.

The order faced a challenge: China’s 80th Anniversary Military Parade led to worker holidays, but the client demanded urgent delivery. Our company overcame all difficulties, delivering 3 containers within 15 days and the 4th in 1 week.

Initially, the client was unsure about our first cooperation and even came to inspect goods in person. They were surprised by our fast delivery and impressed by the reliable quality, expressing great satisfaction. We look forward to serving more clients worldwide.

We have secured a regular export project to Vietnam, with a monthly order of 3 containers, combining MgO boards and rock wool.

The MgO boards are supplied in two specifications: 1220mm×2440mm×10mm and 1220mm×2440mm×8mm, while the rock wool follows the T80 standard, sized 600mm×1200mm×300mm.
