Rock Wool Boards, the preferred fireproof material

Rock wool board is made from natural minerals such as basalt through high-temperature melting. It is classified as an A-grade non-combustible material with a melting point above 1000 degrees Celsius. In case of fire, it will not burn, release flames or produce toxic substances. The raw materials are natural rocks, which are non-toxic and harmless, and comply with green environmental protection standards. It also has sound absorption effects and is suitable for scenarios such as computer rooms, KTV and meeting rooms that require sound absorption and noise reduction.

    • Good fire resistance performance

      Class A fireproof materials.

    • Good thermal insulation effect

Internal porosity can effectively insulate against heat.

    • Waterproof and moisture-proof

Moisture-proof and mildew-proof, with a long service life.

    • Environmental protection safety

    ● It can absorb sound and reduce noise, being the preferred choice for sound insulation, suitable for machine rooms and cinemas' partition walls.

    ● Can be the top choice for industries, resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.

    ● Can maintain stable performance even in humid environments.

    ● Grade A fireproofing, essential for exterior and partition walls of high-rise buildings.

    ● Indoor storage: Store in a dry room, strictly avoiding rain and moisture.

    ● Raised storage: Place under a support frame, at least 20cm above the ground, to prevent water accumulation.

    ● Cover with a barrier: For outdoor temporary storage, it is necessary to cover with waterproof canvas.

    ● Vertical placement to prevent compression: It is suitable for vertical placement; when placed horizontally, the stacking height should not exceed the limit to prevent deformation.

    ● Away from fire sources: The storage area is strictly prohibited from having any fire sources, and fire-fighting facilities must be equipped.
